Midwest Miles.
$1,800/Week Minimum. No Coasts.
Geo Logistics hires experienced CDL-A dry van drivers who'd rather run steady Midwest lanes than fight coastal traffic. Real numbers, honest home time, no recruiter games.
The Numbers, Straight Up
No "up to" headlines. This is the floor you can plan your life around — and our drivers tell us the reality usually beats it.
Your floor on a slow week — not an "up to" headline. Most weeks land well above it once the miles run.
Why We Don't Inflate the Numbers
You've seen the "$2,200/week!!!" ads that fall apart by week three. We do the opposite. The numbers on this page are the ones you can actually build a life around — and our drivers tell us the reality usually beats what we promised. That's the whole point of "underpromise and overdeliver."
We tell you the floor, the lanes, and the math honestly — then we work to beat what we promised. That is the whole job.
You Run the Midwest. That's It.
No I-95 parking lots. No California port waits. No coast-to-coast burnout. Our drivers do their best work close to home, on lanes they actually know.
Built Around the Driver, Not the Dispatcher
Real Home Time
3 weeks out, 1–2 weeks home. Enough time to actually reset, not just sleep and leave.
Pay You Can Count On
A weekly minimum that holds on slow weeks. We'd rather guarantee less and beat it.
Lanes That Make Sense
Midwest dry van only. You learn the routes, the shippers, the rhythm — and skip coastal chaos.
Dispatch That Answers
You're a name, not a truck number. Questions on pay, loads, or home time get a straight answer.
Bonus for Staying
$3,000 over your first 3 months — money for sticking, not just signing.
Michigan-Based, Driver-First
We expedite freight across the Midwest with a crew that treats drivers like the business they are.

Questions Drivers Actually Ask
Is the $1,800 a real guarantee or an "up to"?
It's a real weekly minimum for eligible, available drivers — your floor on a slow week. After 4,500 miles you're earning $0.80/mile, which is where most weeks land above the minimum.
How does the home time actually work?
The typical pattern is about 3 weeks out, then 1–2 weeks home. We'd rather state it honestly and have you home a little more than promise a number we can't always hit.
How is the $3,000 sign-on paid?
It's paid out over your first 3 months — so it rewards getting settled and staying, not just signing paperwork. Exact schedule is in your written offer.
Do you really never run the coasts?
Correct — no East Coast or West Coast freight. We run Midwest dry van lanes. It keeps your schedule predictable and keeps you out of coastal traffic and port delays.
What do I need to qualify?
A valid CDL-A, 2+ years of verifiable OTR experience, a record that meets DOT standards, and a solid work ethic.
What about owner-operators?
Owner-operators partner with us on direct automotive lanes and keep 85% of the load. Select "Owner-Operator" on the form and we'll walk you through the contract terms.
